Instant Crispy chilli potato

                  CRISPY CHILLI POTATO

INGREDIENTS:
For frying potatoes:
2 medium potatoes
4 cup water
pinch of salt
1/2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tbsp all purpose flour( maida)
1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper,1/2 tbsp red chilli power
oil for deep frying
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp, chopped garlic
1 tbsp, chopped ginger
1-2 green chilli,sliced
2 stem green onions ,chopped
1 small onion,petals
1/2 small sized capsicum,cubed
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
2 tbsp green chilli sauce
pinch of sugar
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
salt to taste
1/2 cup cornflour slurry(mix 2 tbsp cornflour with
 1/4 cup  water)
1/4 black pepper crushed
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Peel the skin of potatoes and chop them
to thick pieces
2.Further,boil the potatoes for 2 minutes at medium
 to high flame,add a pinch of salt to the water.
3.In a bowl mix the water, cornflour,
crushed black pepper and crushed
 red chilli powder.
further add boiled potatoes to it.
4.Deep fry the potatoes into the hot oil.
5.Heat the oil in a pan,add 
chopped garlic,ginger green chilli and 
spring onions to it.
6. Now add onions petals and saute till 
it gets slightly pinkish,further add
 capsicum and saute till slightly shrink.
7.Add sauces,soy sauce and
 vinegar to it.
mix well and add cornflour slurry,salt
crushed pepper to this
mix continuously till sauces turn translucent.
8.Further add fried potatoes and 
spring onions green.
mix gently making sure the sauces are well
coated with potatoes.
Finally serve hot crispy chilli potato!
