Paneer thread rolls

PANEER THREAD ROLL INGREDIENTS: FOR MARINATING PANEER: 1/2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes 200 grams paneer OTHER INGREDIENTS: Boiled noodles cornflour oil for deep frying 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic 2-3 sliced green chillies 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce salt as per taste chopped coriander PREPARATION: For marinating paneer: In a bowl,add lemon juice, salt,black pepper,chilli flakes add paneer cubes to it and marinate! Instructions: 1. Wrap the marinated paneer cubes  with boiled noodles. 2. coat it wit cornflour and deep fry in  hot oil 3. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil,further add  chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies . 4. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and  cornflour slurry  (mix 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp cornflour) and salt as per taste 5. Further add fried paneer to the sauce mix well. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES SERVE HOT CRISPY ROLLS!

LEMONADE INGREDIENTS : 1 cup lemon juice 1 cup sugar 1 cup water for simple syrup 2-3 cup chilled water to dilute SERVES:6 METHOD: 1: Simmer 1 cup water and 1 1/2 cups  sugar. let the sugar dissolve completely. cool the mixture at room temperature 2. Squeeze 4-5 (depending upon size of your lemon for  1 cup of juice ) fresh lemon  juice in a bowl 3. Pour the juice and simple sugar water into a serving glass. add 2 to 3 cups of cold water and  taste add more water if required. 4. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes SERVE WITH ICE,SLICED LEMONS!

                  CRISPY CHILLI POTATO IN GREDIENTS : For frying potatoes: 2 medium potatoes 4 cup water pinch of salt 1/2 tbsp cornflour 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour( maida) 1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper,1/2 tbsp red chilli power oil for deep frying OTHER INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp, chopped garlic 1 tbsp, chopped ginger 1-2 green chilli,sliced 2 stem green onions ,chopped 1 small onion,petals 1/2 small sized capsicum,cubed 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp red chilli sauce 2 tbsp green chilli sauce pinch of sugar 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp vinegar salt to taste 1/2 cup cornflour slurry(mix 2 tbsp cornflour with  1/4  cup  water) 1/4 black pepper crushed INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Peel the skin of potatoes and chop them to thick pieces 2.Further,boil the potatoes for 2 minutes at medium  to high flame,add a pinch of salt to the water. 3.In a bowl mix the water, cornflour, crushed  black pepper and  crushed  red chilli powder. further add boiled potatoes to it. 4.Deep fry the potatoes into the hot

No-Bake Oreo balls

  These no-bake oreo balls are a delicious chocolate truffle that are super fast to prepare,making them the perfect last minute dezzert! Indgredients: 1/4 cup milk 3 cup powdered sugar 8-10 oreos 1 cup grated chocolate(for garnishing) 1 cup melted chocolate Instructions: Mash: Put oreos into a food processor and turn them into fine powder Form: Mix the milk in a small quantity with the powder, once it start holding shape,scoop out a portion and roll in between your palms to make small balls.Place it on a baking sheet, repeat until you finish the mixture.Freeze them. Melting: Place each of the chocolate in separate microwave- safe bowls.Melt using microwave oven, or through the double boiler method. Coating: After 15 minutes, take out the balls from the freezer and dip each piece in the melted chocolate. Serving: G arnish the chocolate balls with the crushed chocolate and enjoy it!
